Dimensions:

About:

The Megillah of Ester that we read on Purim is replete with references to G-d but never outright. Whenever the word מלך|King is mentioned in the Megillah, our Rabbis teach us that on a deeper level read it as, G-d - King of the World.

The King Case is inspired by this deep metaphor but presents this idea openly. The base of the Megillah Case represents the lower portion of the body, the cylindrical tube which holds the scroll is that of a buttoned royal garment and the lid represents the head and crown.

The King Case boldly displays this theme of Kingship, and as children of G-d it is meant to arouse our gift of royalty on this most special day.
